Legal notice and privacy
Last updated: October 21, 2026.
These terms and conditions govern the use of the vektacampus.com website and enrollment in VektaCampus courses. By enrolling in a course, you accept these terms. If you have any questions, please write to us before paying.
1. Who we are
VektaCampus is the professional training branch of VektaC, made up of Luis Ceballos, Marcos Verstraete, Bruno Roccia and Ariel Flores. Courses are designed and taught by the VektaCampus team and its instructors.
Course sales and invoicing are handled by Gloria Malpassi, CUIT (Argentine tax ID) 27-25777029-5. Contact: cursos@vektac.com.
2. The courses
Each course page states its content, format, workload, duration, start date and price. Dates may be listed as tentative; the final date is confirmed by email before the course starts.
To take a course you need an internet connection and a device that meets the requirements stated for each course. Access to classes, recordings and materials is personal and non-transferable: you may not share your access with other people.
Course recordings and materials can be accessed for up to 30 days after the course ends, and several parts can also be downloaded. After that period they are no longer available, so we recommend downloading anything you want to keep.
If a live class is recorded, we announce it at the start: if you take part with your camera or microphone on, your image and voice may appear in the recording.
Those who pass the course, according to the passing requirements stated for each course, receive a VektaCampus digital certificate. It is a professional training certificate: it is not a degree or a qualification officially recognized by the education authorities.
3. Prices and payments
Prices are stated in Argentine pesos and are final prices. When a course has a launch or special price, it is shown next to the regular price together with, where applicable, the date until which it is valid. You are charged the price shown when you start the payment.
We reserve the right to change course prices at any time, for example after a sharp rise in inflation. Changes apply from their publication and do not affect those who have already paid: their enrollment stands with no additional charges.
Payments are made through Mercado Pago, in pesos. VektaCampus never receives or stores your card or account details: they are processed directly by the payment platform, under its own terms.
Interest-free installment options carry no surcharge. For installment options with interest, the interest and the total financial cost are set and disclosed by Mercado Pago before you confirm the payment.
Your enrollment is confirmed when the payment platform approves the payment. We send you an email with your order number (for example, VC-1A2B3C4D5E). If the payment is pending, your enrollment is confirmed once the payment clears.
For every payment we issue the corresponding invoice and email it to you once the payment clears: an Argentine "factura C", as we are registered under the simplified tax regime (monotributo), or a "factura E" (export invoice) if you pay from abroad with PayPal.
Some courses accept payments from abroad through PayPal, in US dollars and in a single payment. In that case, the price includes the charges Argentina applies to money received from abroad.
4. Right of withdrawal
You can cancel your purchase within 10 calendar days of making it, at no cost and without giving a reason (Article 34 of Argentine Consumer Protection Law 24,240 and Article 1110 of the Argentine Civil and Commercial Code). To do so, use the cancel a purchase form, which is also linked at the bottom of every page. When you send it, you receive an email with a code that identifies your request.
We refund the full amount through the same payment method you used. How long the refund takes to show up depends on Mercado Pago, PayPal and your card issuer.
5. Cancellations and date changes
If VektaCampus cancels a course, we refund the full amount. If the start date changes, we let you know by email and you can choose to keep your enrollment with the new date or ask for a full refund.
After the withdrawal period, if you cannot take the course, write to us: we will enroll you in the next edition of the same course, free of charge and only once.
6. Intellectual property
The content of the site and of the courses (classes, recordings, texts, exercises, images and materials) belongs to VektaCampus or its instructors and is protected by Argentine Intellectual Property Law 11,723. You may use it for your own training, but you may not copy, publish, sell or distribute it without written permission.
VektaCampus and VektaConsulting are registered trademarks of Luis Ceballos, Marcos Verstraete, Bruno Roccia and Ariel Flores.
7. Use of the site and course spaces
We expect respectful behavior in classes and in the course discussion spaces. We may remove from a course, without a refund, anyone who shares their access, distributes the materials or behaves aggressively or in a discriminatory way. Before doing so we email you the reason, and you can reply with your explanation.
Courses are intended for people aged 18 and over. Minors may enroll with the authorization of their parent or guardian.
8. Liability
Courses are for training purposes. Applying what you learn to any specific case is each participant's responsibility. We do our best to keep the site and classes running without interruptions, but we are not liable for failures beyond our control: your internet connection, your device or third-party platforms. If a live class cannot take place because of a problem on our side, we reschedule it or give you access to its recording.
9. Privacy and personal data
What data we ask for and why:
- Interest list: name, email, profile, courses you are interested in and, if you fill them in, what you would like to learn, company and number of people to train. We use them to tell you about new courses and when enrollment opens.
- Enrollment: name, email and chosen course, plus the transaction number, amount and payment status reported by the payment platform. We use them to manage your enrollment, contact you during the course and meet legal and tax obligations.
- Recorded live classes: if you take part with your camera or microphone on, your image and voice may appear in the recording, which is only available to participants in that edition.
- Right of withdrawal: name, email, order number, course and comment. We use them only to handle your request and the refund.
We never sell or share your data. It is only shared with, or stored on our behalf by, the services that run the site (web hosting, email and protection against automated submissions) and, when you pay with them, the payment platforms, under their own privacy policies. If you pay with PayPal, your data is processed outside Argentina.
How long we keep it: interest list data, until you ask us to remove you; enrollment and payment data, for as long as accounting and tax rules require; withdrawal requests, until the refund is closed and the subsequent legal period ends.
Security: the site only works over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and data is stored in an area of the server that cannot be reached from the internet. To prevent abuse, we count how many submissions come from each connection without storing your IP address: it is stored as a code that cannot be turned back into the address.
Cookies: we use a single technical cookie, which protects forms against forged submissions. Your language and day/night mode preferences are stored only in your browser. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we measure visits to the site, we use a tool that does not use cookies or identify people.
Your rights: you can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, or to be removed from the interest list, by writing to cursos@vektac.com. Access is free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless you show a legitimate interest (Article 14, paragraph 3, of Argentine Personal Data Protection Law 25,326).
The Agency for Access to Public Information (Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública), as the supervisory authority of Law 25,326, is empowered to handle complaints and claims filed by anyone whose rights are affected by a breach of the rules in force on personal data protection.
10. Consumer protection
Consumer protection. To file a complaint with the Argentine consumer protection authority, click here (in Spanish).
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Changes apply from their publication on this page and do not affect enrollments already paid for, which are governed by the terms in force at the time of payment.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. If you are a consumer, you can file claims with the consumer protection authority or the courts of your place of residence.
